The Columbus Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) is proud to recognize Jeanne Gokcen, President of FutureCom Technologies, Inc., as the 2010 Member of the Year.
As a passionate advocate for small business and for women business owners, Jeanne Gokcen has brought a unique vision to the Columbus Chapter of NAWBO. Since becoming a member in 2005, her endless dedication and consistent clarity of purpose have created a new and vital awareness of public policy, driving positive change through a diverse group of business owners who have a powerful voice for issues that affect our businesses every day. Jeanne has recruited and led an active public policy team to open dialog with many Central Ohio, State and Federal legislators and she brings them face to face with the women business owners whose businesses are directly affected by their legislation.
Jeanne is the current acting Chair of Corporate Partnership and as the President-Elect for the Columbus Chapter of NAWBO she will take the office of President in April of 2011. She is the Past Acting Chair of the Membership Committee, Public Policy VP and active member o the Public Policy Committee.

2008 Member of the Year - Andrea Nameche
Andrea is a financial advisor with the Columbus Financial Group and has
been in business since 2004. Since joining NAWBO in 2005, Andrea has
held the positions of Vice President of Corporate Partners, Vice
President of Communications, First Vice President, and now,
President-Elect. She will assume the role of President in 2010.
