Sharon combines career coaching and HR experience with social media marketing experience to help individuals and companies thrive and connect. Her presentations are based on research, hands-on experience, grassroots growth and development in the area of social media, and good, old-fashioned business application and tested returns. Nicole Dobson
Nicole is the owner of Dots Ink/Cannell Graphics LLC, a document solutions company specializing in POP, marketing, and reprographic services.
A native of Syracuse New York, Nicole graduated from Liverpool High School. Nicole attended The Ohio State University and graduated in 1998 with a Dual Degree in Political Science and Sociology. During her college career, Nicole was employed with Franklin County Juvenile Courts and found a passion for helping others. This passion jump started her career in the field of social services.

Lynn M. Elliott
Ms. Elliott is the President and owner of E-Wynn, Inc. dba Columbus Window Cleaning Company, the oldest window cleaning company in Ohio. She has developed an ongoing Safety Training Program for Columbus Window Cleaning employees featuring monthly meetings to address general safety practices and seasonal job-specific concerns, and since taking charge of the company, Elliott’s marketing and sales efforts have resulted in a 25% increase in her client base. In 2008 Elliott was awarded the National Association of Women Entrepreneurs Visionary Award.

Allison Finkelstein
TechColumbus Senior Director of Funds Management
Allison has over 21 years of experience working with a variety of industrial manufacturing businesses. Prior to joining TechColumbus, Allison was a senior executive for a $2.5 billion worldwide business unit of Eaton Corporation. As head of business development for that unit, she was responsible for all mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Deal sizes ranged from small technology buys to a $1 billion acquisition. She also managed the strategic planning process for the unit. Before her time at Eaton, she worked at Bank of Boston where she focused on the transportation industry and structured a multimillion employee buyout of one of the portfolio companies.
With this previous experience, Allison brings a unique and very valuable perspective to the table when it comes to evaluating prospective ideas and companies who are under consideration for TechColumbus or Ohio TechAngels funding.

Gail is currently Managing Partner and Owner of Kinetic Insights, LLC an Executive Coaching Practice which focuses on individual development through one-on-one curriculum and group workshops; and strategic development of publicly and privately owned businesses.
